"Easy return, no hassle"
I accidentally ordered the wrong phone case and was a little nervous about how the return would go, since I don’t like taking chances with refunds or complicated return steps. But the return page was really straightforward, and I got the label quickly. I dropped it off, and the refund showed up a few days later. No back-and-forth emails or stress, which I really appreciated. Happy with mi.com on this one

"Showed Up in Great Shape"
I ordered from mi.com right away it just felt like the package had been handled properly. The box was clean, no dents or damage, and everything inside was packed snug and secure. Nothing seemed off when I opened it, so I was happy with the whole delivery. No issues at all.

I ordered from mi and realized quickly that I’d picked the wrong model, so I had to cancel it. To be fair, the cancellation itself was simple and didn’t give me any trouble. The annoying part was the refund. It did eventually show back up on my card, but it took about a week and I had to keep checking on it. It kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving on when I should expect the money back. Not a disaster, but definitely not quick or smooth either. 3 stars feels about right.

"Checkout felt a little sketchy, but order went through"
Buying from mi.com was mostly okay, but the checkout had me side-eyeing it a bit. The payment page was loading really slowly, and I actually had to refresh once, which made me wonder if something was off. In the end, the order went through fine, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything. I just wish the whole process felt a bit smoother and more reassuring

I ordered a Xiaomi phone from mi and it looks completely original. The box was sealed, the IMEI matched, and the charger and cable seemed legit too. Delivery was fine, not super fast, but not bad either. I’m giving it 4 stars because the tracking was a little confusing and customer support took a while to reply. But as far as product authenticity goes, I’m really satisfied and would definitely buy again.

"Bad timing and a frustrating site"
mi looks good at first, but it was a pain to use. Of course, I was trying to compare phones when I was already short on time, and the pages kept loading slowly. Finding basic things like specs or delivery info took way too many clicks, and the search results were kind of random. I ended up giving up twice because the timing was just terrible and the site made everything take longer than it should.

"Solid phone, no patience for lag and this mostly delivers"
I bought my Xiaomi from mi.com it’s been good so far. Apps open quickly, the battery lasts decently, and I haven’t had to deal with annoying lag, which I really don’t have patience for. Day-to-day use feels smooth enough. The camera isn’t great at night, and that’s a bit frustrating, but overall I’m happy with the phone.

"Easy to Check Stock and Order"
I was looking on mi.com for a new phone and a couple of accessories, and overall the experience was smooth. Most items I wanted were available, and I really liked that the site clearly showed which colors and versions were in stock before I added anything to my cart. A few color options were sold out, which was a little frustrating, but at least I didn’t have to guess or find out at checkout. Ordering was quick, and compared to a few other stores I checked, mi.com made the stock info much easier to understand.

I grabbed something from Xiaomi during one of their promos, and the price was kind of better than what I was seeing in local shops. The coupon went through without any issue, and shipping wasn’t too bad either. I also liked that the discounts were shown clearly, so I didn’t have to figure out what was going on. I’ll probably check the site again next time before I buy

I bought this from mi it’s been totally fine so far. Setup was quick and easy, and both WiFi and Bluetooth have stayed connected without any weird issues, even when I’m moving around the house. I was kind of expecting a few random dropouts here and there, but nope?? It’s been stable and I’m happy with it.

"Pretty good update support overall"
Well... I got my Xiaomi phone from mi, and the software updates have mostly arrived on time. Every now and then the rollout feels a bit slow, but overall the support has been fine. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Decent phone, but the software feels messy"
The phone itself is okay for the price, I’ll give it that. But right away I assumed it would feel a bit cleaner out of the box, and nope — there are so many pre-installed apps I never asked for. The ads in the system apps also make it feel cheap. Like, I open the cleaner or file manager and suddenly there are random ads, which is not what I expected after buying a phone. You can turn some of it off, I guess, but you have to dig through settings all over the place. Mi really needs to make the software cleaner. 2 stars from me.

For the price, the phone has been decent overall, but I’m not totally sure about the build quality. The back panel and buttons don’t feel as solid as I expected, and after a few months I started noticing some small creaks. It’s not a huge issue and the phone still works fine, but I expected a bit better from mi.

"Pretty easy setup overall"
I bought it from mi.com and the setup was straightforward. Took me around 10–15 minutes to get everything connected and run the updates. The instructions were clear for the most part, though there was one step that threw me off a little, but that’s how these things always go. I figured it out quickly. The site was fine to use too. I’m giving it 4 stars because nothing is ever totally perfect, but overall it was a good experience.

"Nice pics overall, but night shots aren’t the best"
The pictures come out looking nice overall. I haven’t played with all the settings yet, so maybe part of it is on me, but the night shots could definitely be better. Still, for everyday use, I’m happy with it
